What is Exif
Exif (Exchangeable Image File) is a file format used by digital cameras to
store information about the picture, such as shoot date, time, camera make and model,
as well as camera settings, such as F-Number, Aperture, ISOSpeedRatings, Flash, etc.
For digital image hosting user, you can see the image Exif info online after you upload it.

What will appear on my credit card statement
If you pay by PayPal, your payment will appear on your credit card statement as being paid to
"PAYPAL*IMAGEHOSTING".
If you pay by WorldPay, your payment will appear on your credit card statement as being paid to
"WP-PaymentBill". WP stand for "WorldPay"

Which image format can I upload
We support .jpg (jpeg) and .gif images. If your image is in another format
you will need to convert it to 'jpg' or 'gif' format. You can download
lots of powerful graphic conversion tools at www.download.com. Top
How do I upload an image
It's easy to do uploading image by our web browser based upload system.
In image hosting control panel simply go to 'Upload Images' section, you
will see 5 upload file boxes. Click the 'Browse' button to select your
image file then click the 'upload' button, finish it. Your images are
on the Internet now. Top
Do you rename my image
We don't rename your image name normally. We keep your images separately
from our other users. We only rename your image name when you upload a
duplicated file. A 'duplicate-' prefix will be added to your image file.

Can I delete an image
On 'My Images Folder', yes, simply click delete button on the right side
of image table.
Remember also that this action cannot Undo! Top
My image space is full, what should I do
As a message board image hosting user or digital image hosting user, you
are allocated a limited megabytes of space based on our service plan,
either delete some unwanted images, look at the way you save your images,
perhaps reduce the image size in pixels and kilobytes, or consider to
upgrade to our more image space plan.
For auction image hosting user, don't worry about your image space. Upload
images as much as you wish. Top
How to reduce my image file size but keep still
clear
There is no reason for bidder or visitor to wait a long time to display
an image. The larger the image size is, the longer it takes to show in
your auction or board. A fast-download but still clear image is very import
to attract and keep your customer.
That's why we limit image size to 100 kilobytes for auction image hosting
user and 200 kilobytes for message board image hosting user.
Here are some tips for reducing your image file size:
1. Keep reducing jpg image compression to an acceptable result. (80 normally)
2. Keep reducing gif image color quantity to an acceptable result. (64
normally)
No image size restrict for digital image hosting user. Top
Do you host adult images
We do NOT host any type of adult or child pornography.
Our image administrator checks the images daily for content. Any adult
image found will be removed immediately without notification to the user.
Hosting fees are not refundable. Top
When are my images deleted from the server and
can I extend them
For auction image, we have three options, 15 days, 25 days and 35 days,
depending on your choice that you select for each of image the time you
upload it. Each auction image will be deleted when it has expired. You
can choose to extend your auction image by simply clicking the 'extend'
button at the right side of image table in 'Auction Image Control Panel'.
And all your message board images and digital images will be disabled
right after your account has expired. Our image administrator will double-check
your account then delete the images after confirm. This will be done daily.
Yes, you also can extend it. We recommend you to use our convenient automatic-account-extend
system, which you can find at 'account info' section in control panel.
